House rules

So that everyone feels at home. By booking you accept these rules. They are also displayed in every apartment, to the left of the front door.

Times

Guests checking in must be at least 18 years old.
Pets are not allowed. Please do not feed any animals on the grounds either.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Electricity, water and heating are included in the price.
Parking directly at the house is free of charge.
Wi-Fi is included. Please use it fairly.
An RFID card for charging an electric car is provided in every apartment; charging is billed by meter reading.

Please separate waste: general waste, yellow bin, paper and cardboard.
The waste station is located by the car park.
Please dispose of glass and deposit bottles accordingly.
Please leave the apartment swept clean and empty the fridge.
Please close all windows before departure.
Use the awning only while you are present, never in wind or rain.
Please do not charge e-bike batteries inside the apartment. Separate sockets are available at the bicycle stands.

Cancellation up to 15 days before the start of the stay: free of charge.
Cancellation from 14 days before the start of the stay: 90 % of the rental price.
We recommend taking out travel insurance.
