• Glasflaschen & Pfandflaschen bitte korrekt entsorgen · Dispose bottles properly

• Wohnung bitte besenrein verlassen · Leave apartment swept clean

• Fenster bitte vor Abreise schließen · Close windows before departure

• Markise nur beaufsichtigt nutzen, nicht bei Wind oder Regen · Use awning only under
 supervision – not during wind/rain

• Kühlschrank vor Abreise ausräumen · Empty the fridge before departure

• E-Bike Akkus nicht in der Wohnung laden – es gibt extra Steckdosen bei den
 Fahrradstellplätzen Do not charge e-bike batteries inside – outlets available at bicycle area

• Rücktritt ab 14 Tage bis Mietbeginn: 90 % des Mietpreises 
• Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiseversicherung

• Cancellation up to 15 days before the start of the rental: free of charge
• Cancellation 14 days or less before the rental begins: 90 % of the rental price 
• We recommend taking out travel insurance
